Honestly it was a great place to stay at a few months ago, however on Oct 31st someone with one of the maintenance team ended up demanding to enter units to check smoke detectors and appliances. However they did not give a 24 hour notice and if you didn't let them in, they threatened with a 3 day eviction notice, no matter how long you had a lease for. Team had honestly gone terrible and I'm going to the housing authority to report these outrageous violations of tenants rights.

We are without manager long time already but looks like that we are in luck finally. There is Candice H. that is very friendly, approachable, helpful although being here short time has an answer to everything. We just hope that Candice will become our new manager. Welcome Candice !

After months of consistent ongoing issues, I feel itâs necessary to share my experience at Juniper Apartments. I have lived here for over a year, and recently resigned a 6 month lease, which I very much regret. My main reasonings for this review will be lack of effort, communication, and resources. I think it is important to note the lack of staff, as there have been multiple instances of no staff in sight during posted business hours (in person at the office, and over the phone). The voicemail is consistently full and the office is consistently locked throughout the week. It is also important to note the terrible turnover rate while I have lived here, which says a lot about regional and upper management. We have searched for staff so desperately to the point that we have consistently tried to reach regional. Regional has shown to be absolutely MIA, nowhere to be found, and shows she does not care about her team and residents. While I want to also ensure I am giving credit where itâs due, the maintenance team here is consistent, reliable, and communicative. I would like to shout out Jose and Andres, they are the only consistent staff members seen working throughout the apartment complex .Whenever a work order is submitted, they respond in a timely and professional manner, while efficiently completing any task given to them. It's one of the few things that runs smoothly at Juniper. Jose and Andres have truly been the only ones holding it down when it comes to any issues I have come across, and have been the only ones communicating with residents. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for management and communication overall. Getting in touch with someone who can actually help is almost impossible. Thereâs no clear or reliable point of contact. Phone numbers go to voicemail, emails never or rarely get answered, and when they are, the responses are vague or dismissive. With this being said, when there is communication, it leads to broken promises with no action. They state they will âtake care of itâ, which then results in at least 5 follow up calls to ensure what they âpromisedâ will actually ever get done. When problems arise, thereâs no accountability or initiative to find real solutions. Issues are either ignored or shuffled between departments with no follow-through on their end. Itâs incredibly frustrating, especially when youâre paying a premium for what should be professional service. Besides dealing with issues of communication, resources, and effort, there are also many issues within the apartments itself. My apartment has dealt with ongoing issues with an AC unit that consistently breaks, issues with pest control, and a multitude of issues from other surrounding apartments due to their level of uncleanliness. I canât recommend Juniper Apartments to anyone who values responsive management, cleanliness, or anyone that expects basic communication from their housing provider. The maintenance staff (Jose and Andres) are doing their part and above, but the rest of the staff is a mess and have shown to not care about their residents. Regional is once again, completely MIA and does not respond in any form. To conclude, do not move here, and I cannot wait to move to another complex that actually values their residents.

This is my 5th time reporting flooding and or water damage in 5 years here. Today I walked into my closet to water over my feet and the smell of mold/mildew. The hot water heater which shares our common wall was spewing water from two broken pipes. I had been complaining for months about our water/hot water bill being unusually high, but no one would listen. The entire complex has sprinklers which flood certain areas regularly , so naturally the water accumulates. I didnât consider that the water in front of the buildingâs hot water heater closet was from a broken set of pipes. Only when I was walking into my flooded closet reeking of mold/mildew and quickly emptying the contents did I hear the water leaking from the hot water heater. Of course the complex had no one in the office to answer emergency calls because they only have part time temps and they were on lunch. Luckily my husband found a maintenance man walking through the complex and alerted him to the problem. Fortunately, the maintenance staff took the problem in hand and got a remediation team after turning off the water heater. 3 days we will have to have equipment drying out part of our bedroom and the entire walk in closet while we have to sleep on the floor of our living room, because no one will authorize temporary accommodation. And of course the electricity bill will be 6-8$ per day just for running the dehumidifier and fans. Anyone looking to move here should think very carefully before signing a lease. And definitely donât choose an apartment with the hot water heater closet sharing your common wall. Update: Today is October 21, and after filling a claim with our apartment insurance company, I am told that management will not respond to repeated phone calls and refuses to comply with requests for proof of the hot water heater damage, subsequent remediation and repairs. This means that our claim is closed for our losses, until management responds with the necessary documentation.

Jose is an amazing maintenance guy at our apartment complex. He is very kind, welcoming, and trustworthy. He's also extremely reliableâwhen he says he'll take care of something the next day, he actually follows through and gets it done. always makes you feel confident that your concerns will be taken care of.

Pros: Ammenities Cons: Price, Management, Apartment layout This place used to be ok to live in, back when the manager was a man named Noll. All management since has not been up to snuff. The current manager is extremely condescending and takes advantage of people. This place treats you like garbage. They want new tennants so they can charge them higher rent and are glad to kick current tennants out. Plus, the apartment layouts are weird. The walls are thin as well and you can hear everyone around you-- roommates, neighbors, etc. Additionally, they added a new communal internet plan that never worked and replaced everyone's personal private plans. This place has gone downhill. Noll was an amazing manager, and the reason why we stayed in this otherwise overpriced complex. Before they fired Noll, I would have given it 3-4 stars. Now I just give it 1. Good riddance!
