We have lived at the Rosemont Park Apartments for 20 years and we love living there. The staff is very considerate, nice and efficient, maintenance very good and fast.Great apartments in a great, safe area. Recommend renting ! This community changed name so we live in Juniper Apartments now. We had. have an issue with managers but now it looks that we finally got one. It's Candice H. She is very approachable, friendly and although new to community always have answers and keep us posted. We hope that Candice will stay with us as permanent new manager! Welcome Candice and thank you ! Vesna T

I moved in on August 2020 I only l lived here for almost 3 months, my experience living here has been HORRIBLE! My neighbors, are always screaming at the top of there lungs at 1-4 in the morning!! They party all night playing loud music! Plus there kids always try to open my door when their playing on the steps! They always have people knocking at there door there's 5 people living in a one bedroom ! It's ridiculous if I knew I would of had to moved next to these people I would of never moved in! Wish I could get my money back! My neighbors are straight tweakers!

I once rated this place five stars. This review does come from a place of hurt. Semantics are extremely important when signing and terminating contracts here. Don't forget that. No matter how many times you ask for information, you may not receive it. Always refer to your contract. Reply to the owner: We did talk, hence why I had to change my review. Even within a clearer mindset, I stand by my previous position.
