I once rated this place five stars. This review does come from a place of hurt. Semantics are extremely important when signing and terminating contracts here. Don't forget that. No matter how many times you ask for information, you may not receive it. Always refer to your contact. Reply to the owner: We did talk, hence why I had to change my review. Even within a clearer mindset, I stand by my previous position.

This is a great place to live if you are looking for something that is very affordable for a great amount of space. The maintenance guys were the nicest people ever and never failed to say hi or make your day! The front office staff and very helpful as well and will always answer your questions and address your concerns in a timely manner. Grounds are always spotless and beautiful, just wish the pool was cleaned more. Overall, highly recommend Rosemont Park Apartments!

Thanks so much to the professional maintenance staff! The have been doing their level best to make an difficult situation so much better. My husband and I very pleased and know our confidence in them is well placed.

Bad neighbors, just awful. I live in the complex next door. My cat got out and jumped the fence and when I went looking for it, they called the sheriff. (Who thought I had called them because they were obviously more observant that the person who did call.) Supposedly they they were concerned about my mental stability. Because I was shaking a container of cat treats and saying "here kitty kitty". They offered no assistance, just got on the defensive talking about crazy people with covid and hung up on me. When I called back to ask if I could keep looking they ignored me. BAD NEIGHBORS. Never even bothered to ask me if I was ok.
