I wish I can give a 0 if I knew about these Apts we wouldn’t move in me and my son being here for a month and everytime we come home someone told my parking space the first time they didn’t do anything but the second time they he same car and one of the residents here nformed me that maintenance told the car owner to park in my space why do me and my son have to be treating like we are animals i feel scared living here i have to watch me and my son back they always keep the gate open so there properties gate is closed I be seeing homeless i the trash 🗑 why they don’t do nothing we are 😟 we this place is trash and don’t rent these apartments it’s not worth it. Again I called and the guy answer the phone had a attitude I talk to him before and he gave me a number so I can get this taking care of I will sue them and make sure they won’t do business again

5 stars for all the efforts that they did for us to give us the apartment that we looking for, for a reasonable price, i seen the property manager on one cold morning giving coffee and donuts by the property gate for residents leaving to work, For the fast response when it comes to maintenance.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENTING HERE !

I witnessed an elderly woman try to approach him because her garbage disposal was not working. she was calling buisneaa hours there was no answer to report her issue, The sweet elderly woman went to the office at Different times throughout out the day and the office is locked knowone is around durning business hours. The maintenance supervisor was very rude to her and he put his hand up to her and continued to aggressively say he was on a phone call, she felt threatened and the sweet lady was shaking. Because my sister and myself and several people in the building my sister lives in and several people from the surrounding buildings are willing to be the voice for the people that are scared. Tenants have approached him about repairs and never shows up. When he does end up coming he tells the residents he has to get the parts. A tenant has not been able to use their kitchen sink for over 6 months and every time the sink is turned on he gets really hostile and claims he still has not received the part yet. I have never heard of a garbage disposal taking almost 7 months to be delivered. he walks around the apartments on his phone yelling at whoever he is talking to. After he got frustrated with the elderly woman we all witnessed him leaving on his motorcycle and not returning for hours. he has shown anger and hostility when my sister tried to report something she has seen that maybe a safety hazard around the complex. While one my walk Saw a young man who apparently is the new maintenance man (Michael) He was cleaning up all the trash around the property. I talways see mike working very hard. he always has that can do attitude with a smile while making sure this property looks very well maintenanced. He is very friendly with all of the residents and we can tell he is dedicated. We witnessed Michael assisting the same elderly woman with respect and went and got a light bulb and changed it I think Michael should be acknowledged for all his hard work. business hours for both office staff and and maintenance staff is during normal day business hours, Right? so why does the supervisor leaves on his motorcycle in which the whole apartment complex knows when he comes and goes due to the obnoxious sound, leaving before lunch hours and coming back an before the office closes, even when we hear him back he is know where to be found. For the price u guys charge these residents for rent they should not be scared to report problems due to them being scared to approach the supervisor because he is so hostile The elderly woman feels when she reported his behavior to office staff and they failed to take proper action Am I wrong to think that a little old women absolutely under no circumstances should have to not leave her apartment due to being intimidated by a man who is an employee Things are falling apart in her apartment and in my opinion things looked patched up. These people have a case against these apartments for how their living conditions are and being intimidated by YOUR STAFF. This is unacceptable and not fair as the are people who are working citizens and can’t even come home and feel comfortable where their supposed to be comfortable where they reside mike everyday works his tail off to make these residents feel comfortable with the appearance wouldn’t u give the title supervisor to a man that earns it over a man that leaves on his obnoxious motorcycle for extended times during business hours. But the residents and my self will be pushing to make sure signatures and statements are collected from all the residents about his behavior as I said an attorney was already notified michael should be acknowledged and recognized for all his hard work and dedication to the residents and the company he works for. To sum it all up, Il I’ve seen two apartments that look like they would not pass inspection and these two apartments are right next to each other and one of them my sister rents . Myself and other resident will go as far as we have to to make sure these elderly people feel safe and happy with where they reside,

I just moved in and my apartment is really nice looking, the carpet is nice and the hardwood looks new. The closet in the bedroom get stuck sliding sometimes but everything else is nice. Apartments more of a 4 star but Keisha earned that extra star. Really helpful and fast response times. I think I'm going to really enjoy living here if all the staff are trained as well as Keisha.
