Came in for a tour of a unit, I was impressed with the set up and how the washer/dryer is convenient in the unit. i spoke with Shay at the front office very professional and provided all info needed. the complex was clean and maintained.

I have been reporting and complaining to management for over 6 months about a leaking toilet that has now deteriorated into a black mold situation. I have also complained about a shower stall that has been broken for over 3 years. All we get is double talk, delays and low quality service. We have been ignored and had to deal with inadequate customer service since we moved in the beginning of the pandemic. We have been here almost 4 years and not one single thing has ever been fixed including a hole above the same said shower stall. Itâs incredulous to me that we regularly get flyers asking us to recommend our friends and family to move in here. Talking to the management office I was told if it was really so bad I should have taken further action and done something about it! Yeah victim blaming is their moto . Somehow their lack of accountability makes me the guilty party. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to rent . The management customer service is below average.

Came to view an apartment. Mikayla has horrible attitude. Needs customer service training. Wouldnât think about renting here because management has horrible attitudes. Look else where.

Jose came by to fix our washer and find where some of the light switches connected to the wall outlets. Not only was Jose prompt and polite he assessed the job with enthusiasm and a willingness to get the job done quickly. Thank you Jose
