Worst place I've ever lived. Takes forever to get anything fixed. Took 3.5 weeks for someone to come fix a leaking pipe in the wall that was leaking into my livingroom. I've had roaches, spiders, earwigs, centipedes, pincher bugs and now little tiny black bugs crawling on my kitchen counters. "Pest control" is a joke. Security is a joke, someone graffitied on the wall outside one of my bedroom windows. The gate has been broken for weeks, anyone can just come on in. Apartment was barely cleaned when I moved in, dust on the ceiling from the ceiling fan. Toilet paper holders were falling off. Screens were broken, took 2 months for them to come out and replace it. Pretty sure the unit wasn't painted as can be seen in the pictures below. People dont pick up after their dogs, piles of dog poo in the grass. The management is nice but ineffective. I hate it here.

Loud.. whether it's people blasting their music in their car, apartment, people congregating at the door entrance & staircase or dog barking. Maintenance never comes by to repair. Constant insects in apartment. Management lied about feature in apartment. Entry door gates are always opened. I'll be glad when its time to gtfo.
