Very clear communication with them and moved in very smoothly just a few days after my application. Additional cleaning (vacuuming) were immediately done by maintenance staff right after my request upon move-in :) So far, seems like a very nice neighborhood

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Juniper Apartments management, specially to Noel Richardson - assistant manager for another help with needed repair. He is always very friendly, helpful and there’s nothing entrusted to him that cannot be done and performed admirably and quickly. We are living here over 20 years and are satisfied with everything here in the community. Thank you Noel, you are great!

Iâve been here for a year and my experience has been great so far that Iâve extended my lease! The complex is clean (thereâs even a mini garden), location is nice and central to different proximities of Sacramento, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I feel safe where I am. Thanks guys <3

I have a bad experience after I pay for all the application, and he said he accept them and they took all the money, they said the apartment is not available and I lost everything I donât like this place ð

Iâve been living here for a little over a year now and itâs been great. Iâve never had any issues here and itâs been a super quiet place. Management has been nothing short of amazing. Any big or small issue thatâs been addressed has been handled immediately. Jose has been nothing short of amazing, heâs fixed any issues Iâve brought up and suggested improvements for my apartment as well. I appreciate him not only fixing whatever issues there are but also bringing up ways to improve living here.

Do not move here please!!! The gate does not work!!! They fix it for like 2 days and then itâs broken for a month. We have weird random people walking around our cars all the time braking into peoples cars. You bring this up to the office and they literally do not care!!! Not only that but we literally pay $1750 for a place that is tiny/ unsafe (this was probably my fault for signing the leaseâ¦.should have never) DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO. If itâs your only choice go right ahead if itâs not choose anything else. Also the tall dude in the office is aâ¦..heâs not the nicest guy lol. You ask him about anything and he gets so stressed out like itâs not his job or something. AGAIN!!! DO NOT move here unless you have to. ALSO HOW CAN I FORGET, sometimes the gate does work and it will lock u in and u will be hostage/ 20min late for work because of it. Super lame place and trust me they do not care at all!!! I feel like the 5 star rating isnât great so out of 100 stars I give it a 7.36
