Gates still open, posing a trespassing issue.
Laundry rooms are STILL unreliable and not an amenity as they state to the residents of this complex- the money loading system is always failing, the washers and dryers are not operable for a large portion of the time taking maintenance months to fix these machines only to be broken down again shortly after. Maintenance surpasses weeks until they fix whatever needs fixed in your unit. Unprofessionalism from hired contractors had the complex in a mess, blew 2 tires from scattered nails and management has refused to take accountability.

My husband and AMC have been in contact since I've written my initial review working on some of the issues that I have mentioned. I am pleased to say how receptive they were and helpful to meet our long awaited expectations, especially when it had to do with safety and security.
Iâve previously recommended Rosemont Park in the past under an old management but decided to revise and switch my rating because the new management owners (AMC) fall under the âSlumlordâ archetype. Minus most of their on-site hired staff that are professional and helpful, these apartments and some of the tenants are not a amiable environment. Expect tenants of a threatening and violent magnitude to be a potential neighbor, private security isnât reliable, and of course AMC serves no actual purpose- and I donât mean that in a snarky way, their suggestion is verbatim âI donât know, move out?â just to let you know what the LLC will professionally suggest for you if you are interested in their properties. The little bit of amenities they do provide are not always up to par, currently our laundry amenity is under 50% reliability. Our gates stay open year round welcoming trespassers and transients who have sought shelter in the past in our laundry room. We have tenants who let their animals loose outside unleashed, we have tenants with loaded firearms without legal permits, and the occasional vandalism. But we have an occasional contest, a community garden, and okay-ish landscaping maintenance so pick and choose I guess?
EDIT WITH ADDITIONAL RESPONSE TO OWNER 3/18/2021:
Staff AND crass property management (AMC) *has* repeatedly failed to resolve long term concerns, to add my family and I have lived here since September of 2018. The concerns have sprung up around the time old management and new management have transition so, it is not something that was just brought to them on short notice.
