Yeah my name is Xazavier and my Wife Lana we moved in here at the end of December prior to us moving here we were told that there were no three bedrooms available. And if we were to rent a two bedroom you know we wait for a little while eventually a three bedroom would become available. The office manager or assistant manager But honestly could have been an office manager because she carries herself very well her name is Bree I hope I'm spelling that right but nevertheless. She's very professional an extremely kind open-minded individual. Even though a young lady she is very very much so in the business to where she should be. She carries himself very well. When it came down to us getting the apartment that we wanted we found ourselves with a better surprise three bedroom for us an our or two kids so the moment it became available she contacted us and we moved in. I learned one thing from her just communicate show me magic happen as long as it's within her power. The environment is what's expected we have everything plus more inside of our townhouse. You know nothing's perfect but everything that she explained would be is. I guess the only complaint that I do have is is that it's really hard to find the laundry room lol. If you want a good place to where you'll feel home to where you can make this your own I would definitely excuse me we would definitely suggest this place. Thank you again Bree.ðð

I have lived here for over 2 years and have enjoyed my apartment for the most part. I have experienced the run around waiting for maintenance repairs, my AC went completely out in the middle of August and I waited 3 weeks for someone to come fix it. The regional Manager at that time personally brought me a portable AC to use, and met the AC repair man at my apt and didn't leave until she confirmed it was working. I don't know where she is now but this new regional doesn't seem to care one bit about the people that live and pay rent here, doesn't know how to handle anything efficiently and won't even listen to a word before she rudely speaks over you.

Wonderful experience from the start! We just moved in back in December and have been having a great time! Bri was our leasing agent and she was amazing! I love her personality she was easy going. The staff have been very responsive and understanding, I always get a response back. I hope the rest of our time here continues to be smooth!

I had a wonderful experience working Bri the leasing agent for Juniper Apartments. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Her responsiveness and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear she genuinely cared about helping me find the right place. Thanks to Bri's support, I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a positive and hassle-free apartment leasing experience!

The maintenance workers, specifically Jose, have been the best thing about this complex! Although we have experienced many issues regarding appliances and mold, Jose is the most responsive and accommodating to our problems. Recently the complex came to check our fire detectors and Jose was understanding enough and extremely helpful when he saw I had a newborn baby to care for! I really appreciate him and hope to see that the rest of the complexâs workers follow in his lead!

My partner and I lived at Juniper for a little over 2 years. Initially, we had a great experience when Noel was manager. He took care of our concerns very quickly. After management had changed a few times, we were getting frustrated with the way things were being handled. The maintenance is really nice, but they would not get work done, because the management would not inform them of any new work orders. We had a wasp nest on our balcony for months, and they made no effort to get it removed. Multiple dog owners in the complex would leave their dog poop in the grass in front of our unit, and a swarm of flies started gathering around the piles. It was also during summer time and during peak heat temp hours, the smell would be terrible! We sent emails and reported the dog owners responsible. The management did nothing to stop this from going on. The gates consistently donât work, but when they do, they cause problems for everyone trying to get in and out of the complex. When we were in the process of moving out, the management situation was so messy that everyone in the office were temporary workers. The office had refused to answer our emails and phone calls, but we learned later that the email and phone number had changed without notice to tenants. We contacted the office more than 3 times about our move out inspection, and during one of those times, they hung up the phone on me. We made an appointment for the inspection, and at the time of our inspection, they did not answer the phone. We had to physically show up at the office to request the inspection on the very last day of living there. Our security deposit ended up arriving more than a month later than when we moved out. Overall, we would not recommend living here due to the recent changes in management.

Beautiful apartments, but my experience after viewing them yesterday is anything but. I went to tour the townhome on 1/6/2026 and was told the price would be around 1550-1600 after renovations but wasnât ready yet. Directly after going home from my tour I was excited to apply because I actually liked the place, so I went online to do so and saw the price had increased to 2025! This was not even 30 mins after the tour had finished, very scummy in my opinion. Sorry but no way Iâm paying that much for a glorified studio loft with no in unit washers or dryers. There are several cheaper options that are the exact same.

I was the other tenant in that apartment that had to sue to get back our security deposit but that review's already been detailed. I wanted to bring up the fact that we were also lied to when we initially moved in. When we viewed the apartment that we would move into it was in a sad state, but we were told that everything would be ready and fixed up by the time we moved in. I detailed a whole list of problems before we moved in that we're still there on move-in day but what were we supposed to do not have a place to live. I then spent months emailing management back and forth to try and get them to fix these issues that they said they would have fixed before we even moved in. It took 4 months for them to shim the goddamn toilet so it didn't wobble when you sat on it which I'm fairly certain was a code violation that I could have reported to the city and I should have looking back. I guarantee you in our old unit there still is no filter over the fan in the kitchen. I guarantee you the window sill in the bedroom is still cracked and will still eventually allow water in it because the guy repaired it with aquarium silicone. To go along with that our dishwasher was broken when we moved in and it took me months to get them to address that as well. It went so far as me having to diagnose the problem myself look up the OEM part and then send them an email saying that I am going to bill them for the cost of this since they won't fix it only then did they send someone to bring in a new dishwasher in the next couple of days. Along with the dishwasher, the replacement stopped working a few months later and management tried to tell me that they were going to charge me to replace it since this is the second dishwasher we've broken. IE they tried blaming me and my roommate for breaking the dishwasher that was broken when we arrived. I had to contact the regional manager to get them to back off and actually fix it and when serviceman from LG came to look at it he said these motors on these cheap dishwashers burn out all the time so there's another instance of them attempting to steal from us although that time they weren't successful (looking back that was some heavy foreshadowing). Maybe the management's different now I'm sure they've hired new people because they have a high turnover rate in the front office. But as a company they do not seem to give a single damn about their tenants. I would seriously avoid them and if they want to take issue with what I've said don't worry I have saved all the pictures and emails. Can't wait to see what their automated bot responds with this time.

Juniper Apartments attempted to steal from me and I had to sue them in order to get my money back. I moved out earlier this year and Juniper illegally kept over $1000 of my security deposit. They failed to provide receipts for charges over $125 (which breaks California law) as well as claiming my security deposit amount was $800 less than it actually was. I tried to communicate with the management to resolve the issue but was ignored, forcing me to file a small claims suit. I finally got my money back after 8 months of waiting. Prospective tenants: I would highly recommend you AVOID JUNIPER APARTMENTS. Be warned that in addition to the wrongful security deposit deductions, management made several accounting errors throughout my lease term. The regional manager tried intimidating me to walk away from our court case by threatening to send me to collections over their accounting errors. They cannot be trusted to handle your money legally and they cannot be trusted to act in good faith. Current tenants: please be aware that this could happen to you too. You have rights as a renter. If you suspect any financial wrongdoing on their part you can ask for help. I contacted the Renters Helpline as well as talking with a Small Claims advisor with Sacramento Superior Court and both resources helped me throughout this process. I hope no one else has to experience what I did.
