We love our new apartment! We are still moving stuff in, but we love Jose, Andreâs, and Brie! The whole entire staff are very kind, quick, and friendly! Itâs such a quiet and peaceful property. Plenty of parking. Walkable to 7/11 and Dutch bros. Located near a residential area and plenty of places to walk your dog. My dog loves all of the bushes and landscaping they do around the sidewalks and in the garden area.

My experience at Juniper Apartments has been excellent so far. From the admissions office, Brie provided me with a tour and explained all the wonderful amenities. This sparked my interest in this apartments so I submitted an application; the whole application process was easy and Brie was able to get us into an amazing apartment. Once here we noticed small things that needed attention and that is when we submitted a work order with the maintenance department; Jose and another gentlemen came the next day and solved all the small issues in the unit. I would recommend this apartments to anyone that wants a peaceful environment and great amenities.

Our A/C has been having issues since this heat wave hit. Just a few hours ago Jose the maintenance supervisor came to inspect it and assured me it would be fixed ASAP and that he would call for an HVAC tech. I was truly not expecting it to be done so quickly. I am grateful for the quick action taken and care shown for us. Thank you!

This review is long over due. Been here for 5 years and the maintenance team is fabulous. Jose & Andreas kick ass.. A man of their word & always welling to go out of their way, even OFF the clock. To be honest, their the only reason I have been here for this long.. I asked Jose the other day if he can re-paint my door when ever he has the opportunity, came home from work the next day and the job was done. Thank you maintenance!! ð

This is a great place to live. The new staff, specifically Bri, has been very nice and there have been a lot of improvements in the past few months. The apartment units are nice, with reserved parking and in unit laundry. More affordable and more amenities than a lot of other options in the area.
